Privacy-First Design
Your identity is protected
until you choose to share it.
Everslate uses progressive disclosure to protect both producers and commissioners. No one sees who you are until mutual interest is established.

How It Works
Progressive disclosure, step by step
Stage 1
Proposal submission
Commissioner sees:
Proposal title, logline, themes, format, budget range, and 3-minute video pilot.
Hidden:
Producer's name, organisation, and all personal details.
Stage 2
Commissioner reviews
Producer sees:
That their proposal was "viewed" by an aligned commissioner. No names.
Hidden:
Commissioner's name, organisation, and decision timeline.
Stage 3
Commissioner interest expressed
Both parties see:
Full identities, contact information, and organisational details are revealed to both sides.
Hidden:
Nothing — full transparency after mutual interest.
Our Principles
Privacy by design, not by afterthought
Bidirectional protection
Both producers and commissioners are protected equally. Neither party sees the other's identity until mutual interest is confirmed.
Built-in IP protection
Everslate keeps a secure record of every version of a proposal and when it is accessed. Producers have confidence their ideas are protected. Commissioners have confidence the process is transparent and accountable.
No cold approaches
Commissioners never receive unsolicited proposals from producers. Every proposal they see has been aligned and vetted.
Token-based viewing
Commissioner video pilot viewers use time-limited tokens (30-day expiry). No account required to review. Secure by design.
Graceful rejection
Commissioners can decline with optional feedback. Producers only learn that a commissioner "passed" — no awkward conversations.
